What comes in a party rental package?
Each Bash Box includes all the main items you need for the theme you choose — décor, activity gear, and key setup pieces. Exact contents are listed on each package page so you know exactly what you’re getting.
How long is the rental period?
Most rentals are for 12 hours. Pick up time is 9 am day of event, and drop off is before 9pm same day.
Do you deliver and pick up?
Yes! We offer delivery and pickup for an additional fee based on your location and our availability.
Is setup included?
Our boxes are designed to be simple and quick to set up yourself. Instructions are included. Full setup may be available for select packages upon request.
What if something gets damaged or lost?
We understand accidents happen. Minor wear is expected, but lost or heavily damaged items may result in a replacement fee.
Cancellation policy?
-Cancellations made 3 weeks (21 Days) or more before the event date will receive a full refund (minus a 3% transaction fee).
-Cancellations made between 21 days - 8 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund (minus a 3% transaction fee).
-Cancellations made 7 days or less before the event date are non-refundable.
All Cancellations will recieve the full Damage Deposit back.
Can the party be held outdoors?
Absolutely! Many of our packages are perfect for backyards and outdoor spaces. We just ask that items are kept dry and clean.
How do I book?
Visit our booking page and check the calendar for available dates. Then complete the booking form. You’ll receive a follow-up email confirming your party date is available. This email will include the rental agreement and a payment link for the rental fee and damage deposit.
