What comes in a party rental package?
Each Bash Box includes all the main items you need for the theme you choose — décor, activity gear, and key setup pieces. Exact contents are listed on each package page so you know exactly what you’re getting.
How long is the rental period?
Most rentals are for 24 hours. This gives you plenty of time to set up before the party and pack down after without feeling rushed.
Do you deliver and pick up?
Yes! We offer delivery and pickup for an additional fee depending on your location. You can also choose free pickup if you prefer.
Is setup included?
Our boxes are designed to be simple and quick to set up yourself. Instructions are included. Full setup may be available for select packages upon request.
What if something gets damaged or lost?
We understand accidents happen. Minor wear is expected, but lost or heavily damaged items may result in a replacement fee.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to make sure your date and theme are available. Popular themes book quickly!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a refundable damage deposit is required for all rentals and returned once everything is checked back in.
Can the party be held outdoors?
Absolutely! Many of our packages are perfect for backyards and outdoor spaces. We just ask that items are kept dry and clean.
What ages are your party packages best for?
Most of our packages are designed for kids aged 4–12, but we have options that older kids (and even adults) will love.
Do you offer custom themes or requests?
